Money Back Guarantee
- General.
The CSF Group, Inc.’s (“CSF”) Money Back Guarantee
program (the “Guarantee”), which only applies in
circumstances described in detail in Section 3 below, ensures that
participants in CSF’s learning program (the “Program”)
or a virtual seminar (the “Seminar”) will be satisfied
with their investment in the Program or Seminar or have an option to
receive a reimbursement of any amount spent for such Program or
Seminar from CSF. CSF’s obligation to reimburse a participant is
subject to the requirements specified in sections 2 and 3 below and
to the participant’s filing and delivery of a complete and accurate
reimbursement request form as described in section 4 below.
- Eligibility
for the Guarantee. Participants will be eligible for the
Money Back Guarantee between 12 to 14 months following the start of
participation in the Program or Seminar.
- Requirements
for Offering the Guarantee. The Guarantee will be offered
only upon satisfaction of the following requirements by a
participant:
(a) attendance and completion of a Program or a Seminar in its
entirety;
(b) adjustment/revision of a participant’s resume as specified in
the Program or Seminar;
(c) completion of a four-year baccalaureate degree at an accredited
college or university;
(d) distribution of a participant’s resume in accordance with the
Program or Seminar;
(e) execution of interviewing skills in accordance with the Program
or Seminar, provided, however, that any trouble interview questions
must be properly documented.
(f) training on specified sales programs and books as outlined by
the BreakIntoSales Program;
(g) employment of the methods of follow-up after each interview as
outlined by BIS;
(h) adherence to the dress code in interviews in accordance with the
Program’s or Seminar’s specifications;
(i) submission of documentation evidencing active job searches in at
least two (2) different industries;
(j) submission of documentation evidencing the sending of the
participant’s resume to a minimum of fifty (50) available job
postings; and
(k) submission of documentation evidencing the channeling of the
participant’s resume as directed by the Program or Seminar.

Reimbursement request completion. Reimbursement requests
must be complete and on time as follows:
(a) Obtaining a Reimbursement Request Form. Reimbursement
request forms may be obtained by going to CSF website and clicking
on the “Reimbursement Request” link. Please print out the
reimbursement request form and complete it in its entirety.
(b) Delivery of Reimbursement Request. Please sign and date
the reimbursement request form and mail to CSF by certified mail,
return receipt requested. Your request must be accompanied by a
self-addressed, postage paid envelope.
- Payment of
Reimbursement Requests. If CSF accepts the request for
reimbursement, payment will either be returned to the credit card
from which the original payment was sent (if possible), or payment
will be made by a check mailed to the participant in the
self-addressed, postage paid envelope provided for in Section 4(b)
above. CSF reserves the right to grant full or partial payment of
reimbursement requests even in cases where the participant’s
reimbursement request is incomplete or otherwise does not obligate
CSF to make a reimbursement payment.

Additional terms.
(a) Fraud. Under no circumstances will CSF reimburse requests
in the event of fraud or misrepresentation by the participant.
(b) Right Resides in Participant Only. No person or entity
other than the participant shall have any legal or equitable right,
remedy, or claim for reimbursement under or arising out of this
Guarantee.
(c) All decisions are final. All reimbursement request
decisions made by CSF are final and cannot be appealed by the
participant.
