This information may be shared through multiple communication channels, such as email, meetings, or video conferencing.

c) Video Recordings

With your consent, BIS may record coaching sessions, workshops, or meetings conducted via video conferencing platforms.

• Two-party consent is always obtained, in compliance with Canadian privacy and recording laws.
• Clients will be notified verbally and/or through the conferencing platform if a recording is in progress.
